Welcome to TradeXcope (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “TradeXcope”). TradeXcope operates an online trading platform that enables users to trade various financial instruments including currency pairs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradeXcope website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeXcope. Your use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws or regulations;
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep such information updated.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. TradeXcope may, at its sole discretion, refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any user who violates these eligibility conditions.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate registration information;
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials;
  • Notify TradeXcope immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

TradeXcope is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may not transfer or share your account with any third party without our prior written consent.

4. Platform Services

TradeXcope provides users with a platform to trade financial instruments through binary options, digital contracts, and other derivative products. Services include:

  • Real-time market data and charts;
  • Trading execution and order management;
  • Account management and transaction history;
  • Educational resources and market analysis tools;
  • Customer support and technical assistance.

All trading involves significant risk. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading on financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could sustain a total loss of your initial deposit and may be required to make additional deposits to cover losses. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition, investment experience, and risk tolerance.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are aware of the risks associated with leveraged and derivative trading;
  2. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred;
  3. You will not hold TradeXcope liable for market movements, platform delays, or execution errors beyond our reasonable control;
  4. You understand that profits are not guaranteed and losses may exceed your initial investment in certain product types.

6. Fees and Charges

TradeXcope may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Deposit and withdrawal processing fees;
  • Inactivity fees after prolonged account dormancy;
  • Spread or commission on executed trades;
  • Currency conversion fees.

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to transaction execution. Fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Platform.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may fund your account using approved payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days, subject to verification and compliance checks.

TradeXcope reserves the right to:

  • Request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals;
  • Refuse or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected;
  • Limit withdrawal amounts or methods for security or regulatory reasons.

You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts;
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to trade or scrape data;
  • Manipulating prices or engaging in wash trading, front running, or spoofing;
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions, or referral programs;
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
  • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and interface elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of TradeXcope or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any Platform content;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or system;
  • Use any robot, spider, or automated device to monitor or copy the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeXcope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your use or inability to use the Platform;
  2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
  4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform;
  5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

Under no circumstances shall TradeXcope’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount of fees you paid to TradeXcope in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeXcope, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

TradeXcope may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding trades or pending transactions will be settled in accordance with our policies.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in the Cayman Islands, under the rules of the Cayman Islands Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the Cayman Islands for the purpose of litigating any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

15. Amendments

TradeXcope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by TradeXcope on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeXcope concerning the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

19. Miscellaneous

TradeXcope’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.

20. Acknowledgement

BY USING THE TradeXcope PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING THESE TERMS.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Please ensure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent advice if necessary.
